The paradigm shift witnessed overall housing services approached (4279) city, governorate and districts Kingdom wide, came as a result of the fruitful efforts of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, which have been provided to the citizens by the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) and its leading role in this field. REDF saved no effort to help out the citizens to get benefits from concessional loans either for private or for investment purposes; such efforts subsequently lead to the expansion of cities and increasing the number of the new districts, establishing the advanced health installations, and spread out the culture of the having a modern constructions among the society members. In figures, REDF's role appeared clearly in the numbers concessional loans provided to assist Saudi citizens, as well as its main role in developing the process of constructions and development that reflected modern constructions distinguished with innovative architecture engineering, attractive construction designs and the contemporary architecture. Moreover, REDF is constantly keen on supporting all developmental works contributing to develop the work procedures of REDF to accomplish targeted objectives of REDF.
